I’ve known the Mont Tauch co-operative from the Languedoc for a long time and love them for their rustic charm.  Fitou is the epitome of Languedoc wines;it is juicy, spicy and full bodied – not for the faint hearted! This wine is from old vines making it intense with a dark fruit and herby character. Try it with sausages; venison or wild boar if you can get them.
