Each month we will travel a section of the map sampling some of Saison’s delicious food matched to the wine. This is not your normal wine tasting, instead you get to navigate and explore the wines in a relax and informal way, as you chat, sniff, swirl and swallow.

Each station on the map has a wine matched to a mini meal – a bite size sample prepared by the award winning chef to demonstrate the style of food that will work and the combinations you might try in a restaurant.
