Hunter Valley is a spiritual home for Semillon and this Tesco Finest version showcases the wine’s potential beautifully.  It’s zingy and limey with a creamy texture and hint of nuttiness which makes it perfect for all kinds of food.  The two great things about this wine are that it is low in alcohol, and unusually you could hide some in your cellar and age it for 5 years and it would just get better.
